Friday Night LIVE!

Friday, August 12, 2022 6:30 - 8:30 pm City Hall (7401 Baltimore Avenue)

Free Parking at the Downtown College Park Garage

The City of College Park is hosting a series of concerts this summer and you are invited! Join us on the plaza at the new City Hall building on select Fridays for Friday Night LIVE! The events will feature a variety of musical genres and performers and will include something for everyone­-- music, food, beer, and entertainment. There will be children’s performers, activities and arts and crafts available for kids as well.

The theme this month is Blues! Hear blues with a funk edge from Anthony "Swamp Dog" Clark. All concerts will be held at City Hall Plaza (7401 Baltimore Avenue) until September from 6:30 to 8:30PM. Parking will be offered for free at the Downtown College Park parking garage at the corner of Yale and Knox. Local food and beer will be available for purchase during the event! Don't miss the final Friday Night LIVE event for 2022 on September 9th! The theme will be Oktoberfest.

National Night Out

Tuesday, August 2, 2022 7:00-9:00pm

Hosted each year by neighborhood civic associations, National Night Out promotes police-community partnerships and neighborhood camaraderie.

This year, Berwyn, Cherry Hill, College park Woods, Lakeland, and North College Park neighborhoods have committed to hosting an event on Tuesday, August 2, 2022.

Classic Car Show

Sunday, August 21, 2022 10:00am-2:00pm City Hall (7401 Baltimore Avenue)

Join the City of College Park for a Classic Car Show on Sunday, August 21 from 10am - 2pm! There will be cars, BBQ, beer, and a rocking live band. Car plaques will be awarded. This family-friendly event is free to the public.

Night at the Movies

Saturday, August 27, 2022 7:00 - 10:00pm College Park Woods Park

The City of College Park will host another Family Night at the Movies on Saturday, August 27! Activities start around 7:00pm with games for kids and adults. The movie will be shown around 8pm. Popcorn will be available. Admission and parking are free. Bring Your lawn chairs and blankets to sit outside on the grass.

No pets, tents, or umbrellas.

College Park Day

Saturday, October 15, 2022 12:00-6:00pm College Park Aviation Museum

Save the date for College Park Day on Saturday, October 15, 2022, from 12:00 to 6:00 p.m. at the College Park Aviation Museum and Airport (1985 Corporal Frank Scott Drive)! This is the City of College Park’s signature event and features a wide array of activities, entertainment, and fun to celebrate the community. The event is open to the public and free to attend.

We are looking for about Food & Drink Vendors to cover a variety of offerings. Completed registration materials for Food & Drink Vendors are due by Friday, August 26, 2022. A Food & Drink vendor registration fee of $100 will be due once approved by the College Park Day Committee. Click below for further details.

Completed registration materials for Community Exhibitors & Vendors are due by Friday, September 16, 2022. A registration fee of $50 is also due with the registration materials. If you are a non-profit community organization there is no registration fee. Click below for further details.
