Restorative & Reparative Justice Series

Residents of College Park and the wider community are invited to join the City of College Park's Restorative Justice Commission for our spring series of events which will explore the past harms caused by public action and avenues for reparative action. These events will set the foundation for the coming months when we will look at the actuarial harms committed in Lakeland so we may arrive at proposals for restorative actions.

College Park Woods Groundbreaking Ceremony

Please join us for a groundbreaking ceremony to celebrate the construction of a new clubhouse facility that will be located at 3545 Marlborough Way in College Park Woods!

This vibrant hub for recreation, socializing and community engagement will provide indoor space for a variety of gatherings and events. Once completed the clubhouse will feature two meeting rooms separated by a noise reducing, accordion-style divider that can open to combine the two spaces. The new clubhouse promises a wide range of opportunities for residents of all ages to create lasting memories.

North College Park Community Cleanup

Help keep community spaces green & clean in North College Park on Saturday, April 13 from 9-11AM! Meet at the Hollywood Streetscape (corner of Edgewood Rd. & Rhode Island Ave.).

All materials provided. Wear close-toed shoes and bring a water bottle.

Berwyn Permaculture Garden Cleanup

April 20 | 9AM - 12PM | Rhode Island Ave. & Tecumseh St.

Join the Berwyn Civic Association and the City's Committee for a Better Environment (CBE) for a spring cleanup of our beautiful permaculture garden!

The City of College Park will provide all the mulch, tools, and materials for the cleanup, CBE will provide refreshments.

Arbor Day Celebration

April 26 | 6PM | Calvert Hills Playground

Join the City of College Park as we celebrate Arbor Day on Friday, April 26 at 6PM at Calvert Hills Playground (4601 Calvert Rd.)!

Stories will be read and a London Plane tree will be planted.

PG County Clean Up
