City of College Park American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) Survey

To better understand the ongoing needs of residents and businesses and to provide maximum transparency, we are seeking input from those who live and work within the City. The survey closes on November 19, 2021 at 11:59 pm. The American Rescue Plan will deliver $350 billion to state, local and tribal governments to aid in recovery from the COVID-19 emergency. The City of College Park will receive $22 million as a part of the State and Local Fiscal Recovery Funds (SLFRF) program. These funds may be used for the following broad categories of eligible activities including:

  • To respond to the COVID-19 emergency or its negative economic impacts;
  • To assist workers performing essential work during the COVID-19 emergency;
  • For the provision of government services impacted by reduction in revenue due to the COVID-19 emergency; and
  • To make investments in water, sewer or broadband infrastructure.
  • Serve the hardest hit communities and families including investments in housing and neighborhoods such as affordable housing development and housing vouchers.
