Final 2021 Election Results
The City of College Park has released the final results of the November 7, 2021 City of College Park Mayor and Council election during which 1,536 residents cast their ballots. These certified final results include absentee and validated provisional ballots.
Mayor Patrick L. Wojahn has been re-elected for the fourth time, receiving 1,312 votes.
The final results and elected Councilmembers are as follows:
- District 1:
S.M. Fazlul Kabir recevied 564 votes and
Catherine Hope Kennedy 386 votes;
- District 2:
Llatetra Brown Esters received 170 votes and
Susan L. Whitney received 164 votes and
Robert T. Catlin received 107 votes;
- District 3:
John B. Rigg III received 377 votes and
Stuart M. Adams received 275 votes and
Robert W. Day, Sr. received 240 votes;
- District 4:
Denise C. Mitchell received 183 votes and
Maria E. Mackie received 173 votes.
Each elected official serves a two-year term.
The newly-elected Mayor and Councilmembers will be sworn into office on Tuesday, December 14 at the new City Hall Building, 7401 Baltimore Avenue. The meeting begins at 7:30 p.m.
