SENIOR NEEDS ASSESSMENT SURVEY
The Community and Senior Recreation Needs Assessment survey asks about recreational facilities, programs, transportation and services, and will assist in determining the current and future level of services for the community based on public input. The results will be utilized to determine the priorities for the City’s recreational facilities and activities desired by our residents, what funding sources may be available, identify potential partnerships and how best to support the recreational needs of the community.
The survey was previously sent to a random selection of College Park residents, but is now open to everyone living within City limits. The Survey can be accessed by going to www.collegeparksurvey.org/open.
STRATEGIC PLAN 2020-2025
What is your vision for College Park? What should the City do to achieve that vision by 2025? The City is developing a new Strategic Plan to help guide us over the next five years, and we need to hear from you! The City is working with Performance Breakthroughs, Inc. and they will facilitate four community meetings starting in March to hear from residents. Additionally, they will meet with other stakeholders, the City Council, and staff to help us create the best plan possible. We will have updates along the way, but expect a new plan to be presented to the City Council for final discussion and approval this summer. Please stay tuned to the City’s Weekly Bulletin, social media, and website for additional updates and notices in March regarding the public community meetings. You can see the City’s 2015 – 2020 Strategic Plan here.
