The Mayor and Council will hold a Public Hearing on Ordinance 24-O-01 on Tuesday, February 6, 2024 at 7:30 p.m. during the Mayor and Council meeting.

The purpose of Ordinance 24-O-01 is to authorize the acquisition of real property known as W 35.2 FT Lot 14 04-05 Pierce Avenue in Lakeland for a public purpose. The specific use of the property will be determined by the Mayor and Council at a future public meeting. The purchase price is $100,000, plus settlement costs. Settlement is anticipated to occur on or before February 29, 2024.
